Where are you located? And What are your hours?

We are located at 2114 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75206. We are the only Carte Blanche in Dallas and are not associated with other restaurants/businesses with the same name.

Our dinner service hours are Wednesday - Saturday 5pm-9pm.

Our bakery hours are Thursday - Sunday 7am-12pm.

*Please note: we do not sell bakery items during dinner service.


I'm trying to call. Why can't I get ahold of anyone?

Please note, we are closed Sundays and Mondays, and our dinner service team arrives in the afternoon during operational days. We will return your voicemail upon our return. Our guests can always leave us an email at reservations@carteblanchedallas.com.


Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is polished casual. While we encourage our guests to dress comfortably, we do ask that you abstain from casual wear such as loose/torn t-shirts, shorts, hoodies, athletic wear, flip-flops, or hats/caps.


Do I have to receive text updates when I book my reservation?

It's highly recommended to accept text updates! We send a 24-hour reminder as well as if anything comes up and we cannot reach you by phone, we send texts as well. Don't worry! You will not be bombarded with spam texts.


How can I make reservations?

Why do you require prepayment for reservations?

At Carte Blanche, we want to create an intimate environment for our guests. Pre-paid reservations allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an all-encompassing experience at the best price possible.


What is the maximum number of guests I can make a reservation for?

On Tock, the maximum number of guests is 6 guests. For larger parties, please email reservations@carteblanchedallas.com. While we do our best to accommodate large parties, please note we are a small, intimate restaurant of eleven tables.


What is the Service Charge?

The 20% service charge is gratuity for our service team and helps give them a comfortable living wage.


Do you accept walk-ins?

If we have a table available as a guest walks in, then yes! We will seat you!


Do you host private events?

Yes, we do. For parties larger than 10 guests or for a buyout of the restaurant, please email reservations@carteblanchedallas.com.


I can't make it to my reservation. Can I get a refund?

Just as with attending a sporting event, concert or the theater, all sales are final and non-refundable. We allow our guests one reschedule as long as we have at least 48 hours advance notice. 


I need to cancel my reservation.

Cancellations must be made at least 48-hours in advance. Anything less will result in a $50 per guest fee, no exceptions. Please note, cancellations are not refunds. We allow our guests one reschedule. Reschedules must be rescheduled within a month of the original reservation date.


I need to reschedule my reservation.

We do allow a one-time reschedule with a 48-hour advance notice. Anything less than the 48-hour window or last-minute cancellations will be subject to a $50 per guest fee, no exceptions. No-call/no-shows will not receive refunds nor will be allowed to reschedule. Reschedules must be rescheduled within a month of the original reservation date.


Can I transfer my reservation to another guest?

Yes, please email us at reservations@carteblanchedallas.com to do so.


I have a gift card. How can I use it?

Please email us at reservations@carteblanchedallas.com and we'll assist you with your booking.


Can I bring my children?

As we are a small and intimate restaurant, we do not admit children under the age of eight (8) to dine in the restaurant.


Where do I park?

Street parking is available. We also have two parking lots behind our building that our guests may use. We highly encourage our guests to use rideshare such as Alto, Uber or Lyft if they live closeby.


What are your menu options and prices? Do you have a-la-carte menu items?

The following are our menu options and prices:

- Six-Course Tasting Menu: $145 per guest
- Chef's Full Tour menu: $225 per guest

Our a-la-carte menu is available Tuesdays-Thursdays only.


Can we mix and match the menus among our party?

The entire party must have the same menu. (i.e. everyone has either the Full Chef's Tour Menu, Six Course Tasting menu, or a-la-carte menu. Allergies/dietary restrictions/aversions will be accommodated accordingly to each guest)


What is the difference between the menus?

Our Chef's Full Tour Menu is a must for the adventurous food lovers! It has a wide variety of locally sourced vegetables, unique fish/seafood and game meat.

The Six Course Tasting Menu highlights the same uniqueness of our Full Tour Menu. While it has a couple of overlapping courses, the Six Course is designed for those who are new, yet willing to try, to the tasting menu world.


How often do the menus change?

Our menus changes little by little everyday. This is because we use the freshest and highest quality ingredients available to us from our local purveyors. Bigger changes happens 3-4 times a year.


How long does each menu take?

Our Six-Course Tasting menus range between 1-2 hours and our Chef's Full Tour Menu ranges between 2-3 hours. While our team will steadily pace the guests, the time frame depends on the guest as well. We can always expedite the coursing upon request.


I have certain dietary restrictions/allergies. Can you accommodate?

**Please take into consideration that we are a restaurant specializing in wild game and wild-caught fish/seafood. We do not carry the standard beef, chicken, etc**

Due to the style of our Chef's Full Tour menu, we can only accommodate certain dietary restrictions and/or allergies, as follows:

- shellfish allergy
- fin fish allergy
- celiac/gluten-free
- nuts/seeds allergy
- pork aversions (we will not serve guests direct pork products)
- pescatarians (must notify us before reservation date)
*Please email us before booking if you have any further questions as we have a strict 'no refund' policy.

For our Six-Course Tasting, we can accommodate common dietary restrictions and/or allergies. The following is currently what we can accommodate:
- Gluten Free/Celiac
- Vegetarian (dairy and egg can be consumed) *cannot have an allergy/aversion to mushrooms*
- Pescatarian (dairy and egg can be consumed)
- Pregnancy Restrictions (No raw, uncooked, unpasteurized, or raw alcohol items will be served)
- Shellfish allergy
- Fin fish allergy
- Tree Nut/Peanut allergy
- Pork aversions

We cannot accommodate dairy or egg restrictions/allergies for any of our menus.

Can you accommodate vegan guests?

Due to the style of our cuisine, we cannot accommodate vegan guests.


Do you have a full bar?

We are wine and beer only. Liquor is not permitted in our restaurant.


Can I bring my own wine?

While we have our own wine list, our guests are allowed to bring their own wine if they prefer! We allow one (1) 750ml bottle per two guests. We have a $95 per 750ml bottle corkage fee.

However, if the reservation pre-paid for wine pairings, outside wine will not be allowed. This is to prevent over-serving and to ensure the safety of all our guests and team.

Hard liquor/spirits are not allowed, and guests will be asked to remove those items from the premises.


Do I have to purchase a wine or tea pairing when I'm booking my reservations? What are the prices?

No, it's not required at the time of purchase. You can always add pairings or order wines by-the-bottle when you arrive. If you'd like to add a pairing before your arrival, please email us and we're happy to arrange that for you.

Our wine pairing and options are:

- Reserve Pairing for Full Chef's Tour Menu:  $255 per guest

- Classic Pairing for Full Chef's Tour Menu: $135 per guest 

- Wine Pairing for Six Course Tasting Menu: $105 per guest

- Tea Pairing for either menus: $65 per guest

*Please note: pairing options are per guest and meant for personal consumption. To enjoy the full experience of the pairings with our menu, one pairing per guest, please.


I cannot have alcohol. Are there other options?

Yes, we have exotic tea (served sparkling, cold or hot) selections for those who wish not to drink alcohol.


Omg, I loved the menu and the wine pairings I had, but I forgot to take the menu with me!

No worries! Please email reservations@carteblanchedallas.com with your name and the date of the reservation, and we're happy to send you a digital copy!


I want to purchase a gift card.

Gift cards can be purchased in-person during bakery or dinner service hours. At the time, we do not offer digital gift cards nor do we take payment over the phone. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please email reservations@carteblanchedallas.com to redeem your gift card.
