Opened in June 2021, Carte Blanche is the premier fine dining restaurant of Dallas.

In the morning, you can find an array of house made baked goods using the highest quality butter and locally sourced goods. Chef's Casey and Amy La Rue each followed their passions in opening Carte Blanche, Amy building a bakery in the morning and Chef Casey a lux tasting menu restaurant in the evening.

Carte Blanche is the first stand-alone restaurant to achieve Forbes Five-Star as well as AAA five diamond awards in Texas and currently the only restaurant to have either award in the state.
